Not every divorce requires aggressive representation when the parties are not fighting, and you certainly do not need an attorney to stir up commotion during this time. There are times when couples agree to split and can agree on which party will be responsible for certain debts while the other takes his or her own share of the debts. The couple will also decide which property or assets they will split between themselves. Often times it is also those parties who can make good decisions regarding their timesharing with their children and both parties agree to provide adequate support for their children.
